FORM is an AI-powered content creation tool that generates social media captions, bios, and press kits for professionals. FORM is operated by an individual business owner based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
By using FORM, you agree to use the service only for lawful purposes, not generate spam or misleading content, not attempt to reverse engineer or copy FORM's technology, not share your subscription with others, and take responsibility for all content generated through your account.
You own the content you generate using FORM. We do not claim ownership over captions, bios, or press kits created through our service. You are free to use, edit, publish, and monetize generated content as you see fit.
By using FORM, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not store or reuse your inputs for any other purpose.
FORM offers three paid subscription plans: Starter ($9.99/month), Pro ($19.99/month), and Elite ($34.99/month). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
FORM offers 2 free generations to new users with no account or payment required. Free generations are limited and subject to change at our discretion.
FORM uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for high quality output, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content for your specific purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
The FORM name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on FORM's branding or technology without express written permission.
FORM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FORM at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of FORM after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information FORM collects, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Information you provide: Text descriptions and prompts you enter, photos or videos you upload, and your email address collected by Stripe when you subscribe. We never see your full card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
Information collected automatically: If you're signed in, your plan and generation usage count are stored in Clerk. If you're not signed in, your free-generation count is tracked locally in your browser only. We also keep basic server logs for security purposes.
We use your information solely to generate the content you request, process your subscription payments through Stripe, maintain service security, and communicate with you about your subscription. We do not sell your data. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.
Clerk: We use Clerk to manage user accounts and authentication, and to store your plan, generation usage count, and profession settings while you're signed in. Clerk's privacy policy is at clerk.com/privacy.
Anthropic: Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. Anthropic processes this data per their own privacy policy at anthropic.com.
Stripe: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Replit: FORM is hosted on Replit's infrastructure. Basic server logs may be maintained by Replit per their privacy policy.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve FORM. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymized usage data. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
FORM does not run its own database. If you have an account, your plan, generation usage count, and profession settings are stored securely in Clerk (see Third Party Services above) and updated each time you use the service while signed in. We do not separately store your generated content, prompts, or uploaded images after they are delivered to you.
If you use FORM without an account, your free-generation count is tracked locally in your browser's localStorage only, since there is no account to associate it with. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
FORM is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
